What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You'll need a valid driver's license (international or Singaporean), a credit card for the deposit, and a form of identification such as a passport or national ID card. We recommend bringing these documents when you visit to finalize your rental arrangement.
How far in advance should I book?
While we accommodate short-notice requests when possible, booking two to three weeks ahead typically provides the widest selection of vehicles. For special occasions or peak travel periods, earlier booking is advisable.
What does the rental include?
Each rental includes comprehensive insurance coverage, roadside assistance, and a full fuel tank. Additional amenities vary by vehicle selection — Daily Drive includes in-car Wi-Fi and charging, Weekend Coupé includes route planning, and Flagship Limousine includes chauffeur service.
Can I extend my rental period?
Extensions are often possible, subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return to discuss extending your rental. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is there a mileage restriction?
Our Daily Drive and Weekend Coupé rentals include 300 kilometers per day without additional charge. For the Flagship Limousine Service, mileage is tailored to your specific itinerary and discussed during booking. Additional kilometers are billed at reasonable rates.
How does the deposit work?
A refundable deposit is held on your credit card at the start of the rental. The amount varies by vehicle type, typically ranging from SGD 500 to SGD 2,000. The deposit is released within 5-7 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
